Hi,
Like many others just installed the Lollipop update on AT&T S5. I'm having a problem trying to activate Trusted Places/Devices.
Under "Security" the "Trusted agents" option is greyed-out and can't be selected. As I understand it, the Trusted Places/Devices is made available after activating trusted agents. Any idea what is making trusted agents unavailable? After the operating system updated, I was prompted to update Google Services.. did so and it's at version 7.0.99.
I have tried setting either a fingerprint unlock or a full password. Neither makes a different in the security settings menu. Thanks for any help!
