Unable to upgrade to Android 10 after Oneplus flashed my phone to 9?

[Android Central Question]

Oneplus support flashed my phone yesterday and without realising it flashed it to 9. I was running 10.

Ive tried a local upgrade but the device wont see the file.

Ive contatced 1plus support who are so [language redacted by Mod] and have said I have to wait for an update from EE now and EE have said they are talking [language redacted by Mod] they dont control it

What can i do?

I have teh official ANdroid 10 update for my phone from the 1plus site

Welcome to the forums. Which OnePlus model do you have and which exact build is installed?

Also, after rolling back to Pie in most models you can't locally update to the latest build and you need to use an intermediate one.

Just in case, make sure to remove the ".jar" extension at the end of the zip that you downloaded and that the file is in the root folder/Internal storage.

Why exactly did OnePlus flash the phone for you? Did you send it in for a repair or something?
