Unknown app can't be deleted

I keep getting screens popping up saying that my phone is being cleaned or files deleted, along with some advertising. How can I delete this app? I can't find it in my app lists?

How can I find out what hidden programs are running?

Settings... Apps...look for cleaning app. If you find anything by cheetah mobile, delete immediately! They are evil.
Or... Look in play store and you will see any app you installed from there.
Or... Settings... Developer options.... Running services....
Or.... Settings... Battery... Battery use....
If you find the app delete it. If you can't, go into safe mode and try from there..
