Unknown issue with google play service requested by google play music.

[Android Central Question]

I reset my phone to factory settings, and that's where it all broke loose,first after signing inn and updating my apps,app store didn't authenticate,then later it failed to synchronize then later failed to sign in claiming their is no WiFi connection or data,of which I had data,then as I persisted with resetting it's now claiming the above error. Kindly anyone help fix my phone.

It is best to connect to WiFi when setting up your phone, as play store may require WiFi for larger files. Try and restore over WiFi.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Is there a reason you did a factory reset in the first place? Is this a really old phone?

Google Play Music is a dead service that no longer functions.

Oh derp, that didn't even register with me! You need to use YouTube Music instead of Google Play Music. Hopefully you remembered to migrate all of your GPM music to YouTube Music.
