It's on the sdcard, just install using es file explorer.
Same here. I have NEVER gotten 4G tethering to work with the Sprint hotspot hack (though it works great on 3G). 4G (and 3G) tethering works with the Wireless Tethering app, but the Sprint hotspot hack is smoother (works first time, every time... the WT app ehhh not so much) so it would be great if it were possible to get 4G on the hotspot. Not sure if I did something wrong here. I rooted using the method described by the OP but when I turn on the hotpot feature, it drops the 4G and only works in 3G. When I turn off the hotspot, it jumps back to 4G with full signal. Does anyone have the same problem?

I am having the problem now too. I was at the cafe (no free wifi) and the 4G WiFi tether worked (shows up and working), but the laptop doesn't connect to the phone properly. Tried with access control, security, etc. turned on and off.
Are you able to connect to the WiFi Tether at all?
Go to setting and enable the routing fix and mss clamping.
I went onto HTCdev.com and followed the step by step to unlock my hboot or whatever and I got to the final steps and when I wrote my unlock key cmd said it was successful but the splash screen that is supposed to appear and ask if I want to unlock my boot loader never appears, I have looked everywhere and nobody seems to be experiencing this issue, if you could help I would deeply appreciate it, thanks in advanceHelp Me

I had exactly the same problem. It seems that not all versions of the 2.17.651.5 system are created equal.I went onto HTCdev.com and followed the step by step to unlock my hboot or whatever and I got to the final steps and when I wrote my unlock key cmd said it was successful but the splash screen that is supposed to appear and ask if I want to unlock my boot loader never appears, I have looked everywhere and nobody seems to be experiencing this issue, if you could help I would deeply appreciate it, thanks in advance
yea i actually got that to work, and i got the email from htc with the bin file, and i put it in my android folder i had created in my C drive, so now i try to type in the" fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin" and this is the message i get now...
c:\android>fastbook flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
'fastbook' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
no idea what that means, iv never used the cmd before this so im wicked confused
and then when i try it again it says "cannot load unlock_code.bin"
what the hell i just tried it again and it said it worked, but nothing came up on my phone!
ok update number 3! i installed that RUU exe update that bobodobo was talking about, but the thing that confused me was i had the same ROM that it was trying to update, so it would have just installed the same software or whatever that i already have....is that normal? i feel like im so close, yet still so far!! thanks for your patience in advance, like i said im not very good with this stuff yet.
