Unrestricted Tether Sprint - NO ROOT

With Sprint, a Nexus 5 bought directly from Google, isn't blocked from activating the Bluetooth and Wifi hotspots.
You can actually connect the devices to it without a problem.
Accessing the internet from a hotspot connected device is another story.
It doesn't work. It's blocked.
Was hoping someone else had run into these and had a solution for it.

I believe the forums frown on such discussions, since trying to do so is against the agreement with your carrier (it is against the rules).
