(up & down) volume stop working after using Ultra Saving Mode.

I have an issue with a brand new Samsun Note 8.
Basically, In every time I use the Ultra power saving mode the volume control stops working completely, even if I cancel the saving mode option the issue still there with unresponsive volume buttons.

The only temporary solution I have for now is to restart the phone every time I face this issue.
