Hi New here, hope everyone is ok, Right long story short, i dropped my phone in the sea and had to ust my phone insurance, the replacement came in jan, but it has never updated even tired factory resetting, i'm still on android version 8.0.0 BASEBAND Version G965FXXU1ARD6, is there anyone out there that can help me. thanks, im in the uk
