Update Notification Wont Go Away

First post and hopefully in the correct area. Hoping someone can help me with this.

I have a Nexus 4 and rooted it recently. A few days ago I get the "system Update Downloaded" notification. I can not get rid of the notification.

I did the following:
/System/Etc/Security and rename the file "otacerts.zip" to "otacerts.zip.bak
It still shows. On further searching I found it said to also change it in the cache folder, I dont have a file like that there.

How can I get rid of the notification?

Found it, thank you.
Is there a way to keep it from checking for system updates?

If you look here, there are some receivers you can turn off, not exactly sure if they will stop checks but it's worth a try:
