I ordered my unlocked 32gb One on 7th with standard shipping, and I got my shipping notification on on 21st.

Although I received the 'Sorry for the delay...... your order will be sent before end of april with Overnight Shipping', my order didn't automatically change to Overnight shipping (scheduled to be delivered by apr 26) unless I called them up and informed them about the email. I was able to get through to Customer Service pretty quickly (maybe <10mins), and the lady changed my order to 'Overnight Shipping', and I was waived the $5 shipping that I was being charged initially.

Estimated delivery: 23rd

Thanks I tried the same thing took about 18 mins to talk to a rep. Now the estimated delivery is 23rd for me as well!

I'm baffled. I placed my order on the 5th. Canceled on the 8th. Received the cancelation email on the 8th. Just received an email from UPS stating that I have a package on it's way to me. Checked the tracking number and it's from "Shipper: CONSENSUS/LETSTALK". Checked my order status online... shipped...billed... but, I canceled it?

The official word I've heard now is that they WILL be getting a new shipment Friday (4/26) and also one on Monday (4/29). So those of us who are still waiting may be getting them soon. Here's hoping.

I'm seeing on their order page "Next Shipment Ready to Ship: 4/29"

I supposed this is when mine will ship out!

Well, I returned my unlocked HTC One. I just did not enjoy using it, and I didn't love having it. If I don't love a phone, it can't stay.

Mine arrived on 4/22; ordered 4/6. I only activated it 2 days ago because I was out of town. LOVING it so far. After the first few hours, I wasn't sure, but as I've had time with it, I'm increasingly blown away. Both the design and build quality are excellent. It's FAST. While I don't need 64 gb of storage, I've found use for about half of it. I've been using stock android for over a year now, so getting accustomed to Sense and a few of its quirks took a moment, but I'm adaptable! It's just a beautiful device with impeccable design that feels fantastic in the hand and during use. I live in D.C. and also have a dinner party this weekend, so time to put the camera, highlights, and zoes through the paces!
