Updated Xoom.... Now unresponsive!

Updated Xoom today, rebooted and now my xoom appears dead! I tried soft reset and basically same result: Screen non responsive! I tried soft reset three times, same result. Up until this update my xoom worked great. I can not even go into settings to try a hard reset. In other words, it appears this update bricked my wifi xoom. Any other ideas/suggestions?

So it is rebooting to a blank screen when you do the power button-volume up reset? If you are getting the red Motorola logo you can do a factory reset with external keys.

Yes and w/help of Motorola support did hard reset. Then, after adding my music xoom froze again! Completely unresponsive. Called moto again and my xoom is going back for repair. I have no idea what caused this ordeal other than the update I performed after weeks of getting the nag message about updating.
