AC Question
Hey guys i just received a notification on my Galaxy J5 (2015 edition) that the new update to Marshmallow 6.0 is available for downloading and installation. I'm really very hesitant and sceptic about updating my OS, since there are a lot of conflicting views whether one should stick with the OS their phone came with, (in this case, Lollipop), especially when they are happy with it, encountering no issues, or update to Marshmallow. Which is the best to do? I know Marshmallow updating has caused various problems to Samsung phones worldwide, especially to Galaxy S models and i'm not sure if this wouldn't happen to my J5 too. Plus, although i have installed very few necessary apps and have transfered all the possible to tranfer apps into the SD card, including photos, games, music etc, i still got very little internal free disc and the fact that the update needs about 1BG of space, this should leave me with almost no free internal disc space. But regardless that, the most important question for me still remains: Will the phone perform better, same, or worse after the update? Does it worth take the plunge into Marshmallow's world, considering the features of this particular phone? (1,5 Gb of RAM, 8 GB disc). Maybe someone who has already tried it should be kind enouh to illuminate the dark.
