I was able to successfully upgrade my AT&T GSII Skyrocket from the recently-leaked UCLF5 ROM (rooted, with CWM installed) to the official AT&T UCLF6 ROM. Here's how I did it:
1. Downloaded and applied the ODIN-flashable UCLF6 ROM following directions here. NOTE: I did not have to take the battery out at the AT&T logo after restarting-- after the logo disappeared the device seemed to go through the update process normally and rebooted on its own.
2. After the ROM was flashed I powered down and went into Recovery mode (again, per the instructions in Step 1 above). I then wiped the cache and restarted the phone.
3. I then reinstalled ClockworkMod Recovery and rerooted the phone, using instructions here. Note that these instructions are specific to UCLF5, but they seem to work fine for UCLF6.
When all was said and done, I had a device running the official AT&T UCLF6 ROM, with no changes necessary other than going in and removing the AT&T bloatware that came with the official ROM. Your mileage may vary, please attempt this at your own risk-- I will say that there seems to be very little difference between UCLF5 and UCLF6.
