Upgrades available but Note 8 doesnt upgrade

I have note 8 N9500. Its software android 8 is of June 2018. Whereas three upgrades are released in between and available but my phone does not upgrades. Please help.

Updates are specific to model numbers, so an update to a different model of Note 8 has nothing to do with yours.

Also, updates are staged - it can take a few months from the first update to the last one.

Go into Settings > System > More > System Update and see if there's one available. (You can't do that more often than once every 24 hours. If you do, even if there's an update waiting, you'll be told that your phone is up to date. That's to keep from overloading the servers, with everyone trying to get the update on the day it's released.)

My Phone is Note 8 Model SM-N9500 Chinese
Android 8.0.0
Baseband= N9500ZCS4CRK1
Baseband Date = June 1, 2018
Its finger sensor doesn't work.
My location is Islamabad Pakistan

When I look at sammobile.com, the following firmware are available:

N9500ZCS4CRL1 - Date 8 Jan 2019 - Android 8.0.0
N9500ZCU4CSA1 - Date 6 March 2019 - Android 8.0.0
N9500ZCU4DSC7 - Date 1 April 2019 - Android 9
N9500ZCU4DSD1 - Date 10 April 2019 - Android 9
N9500ZCU4DSD5 - Date 21 May 2019 - Android 9
N9500ZCU4DSE7 - Date 12 June 2019 - Android 9

When I try to update through OTA, it says latest firmware is already installed.

Then I downloaded firmware from Sammobile.com and tried to upgrade through Odin 3.13. It gives error after few seconds. I tried patched versions of Odin 3.12 and 3.11, etc. Nothing worked.

Please help me.

3.13 Odin is correct
Now after you download the file , you need to extract it , you probably out the one file in one of the slots, so you'll take the 4 files after extracting in put them in there corresponding places

Ap in ap
CSC in CSc
Cp in CP

Yes, Odin gives error sometimes says partition error; sometimes some other error. It never completed.

Try to download the file first version of pie on your note 8 since it's far out on Android 8.

Using ODIN 3.13.3 and others give error "SHA256" and if I use patched odin it gives error of "Re-partition failed"

You don't need to check repartition, use Odin 3.13.1 or even Odin 3.12
