Uploading Videos on Facebook

I was trying to upload a video I took yesterday from my phone to facebook, but when I check on the status it stays at 0%. How do I speed up my status?

I always try to have wifi and network connection but it usually still takes a long time. I would suggest using Qik video app and just post links to Facebook. Much faster.
