My Pixel 7 pro and case shows "preparing to ship" and cancel option is gone. Wow, it this holds true, this will be the best order experience from Google I've had in awhile.

That's interesting. I had it with my first ordered because I was able to cancel it. I reordered yesterday and that's what it showing preparing to ship.

Yes, All discounts and GCs were provided at time of pre-order. I did however have to surrender my P6P when I did the order which I was fine with as I keep everything backed up, I just removed my accounts and wiped the phone, took my Sim card and plugged it into an P3XL.

Never had to surrender my trade in at time of purchase before but it may be for the better. After using the 3XL for about a week it will make my purchase seem like more of an upgrade than this actually was, LOL!

My watch still shows the cancel shipment button, but I forgot to include it in my second order, and ordered it separately. I reordered the Pixel 7P before I canceled the original order, because I didn't want to take any chances. I'm happy that it seems like my ship date wasn't affected.

It's definitely a BB policy. I've done a few trade-ins through them and all the phones go the same way. They inspect it on the spot factory, reset it on the spot and they prepare it by tagging it for the trade-in and finish the order

Just be warned according to Reddit the P7 still has the same issues as the P6. Poor modem and abysmal signal quality. Also gets very hot especially when using the camera.

Never had any of these issues with the P6 and I would think it's way too early to make statements of the same on a phone that is not in many peeps hands yet ..

I never listen to those sites. My personal experience reins over any external source. But thanks for posting just the same.

Well I'm in ... kinda, I pre ordered the 7 but the phone isn't for me. My daughter's Pixel 3 is way overdue for an upgrade. So I figured instead of letting my 6 Pro sit in a drawer, waste away, and continue to depreciate I'd take advantage of the Best Buy trade-in value for it. Once I played on BB's site and saw trading in my 128GB 6 Pro for the Pixel 7 128GB is basically a wash (once you take the BB credit into account) it seemed like a no brainier!

I just hope she's OK with the size difference ... she loves smaller phones. But I've been readying her for a while now telling her small phones are going the way of the dodo. Heck, if she doesn't have to charge it 3 times a day I'm sure that'll offset the size difference LOL

PROOF please! How many people even have them in hand? Maybe the "pro" reviewers who are not allowed to release any reviews yet? Google may be stupid in many areas but I would consider it corporate suicide to release the 7 series with the SAME problems as the 6 series! I will let my own experience decide for me!

The 6a has the same issues. I had one for 2 weeks before putting it on Swappa. Signal was awful.

6a has the same chipset and same modem as the p6 and p6p

My Verizon signal is pretty bad at my house, so I’ll know pretty quick if I have a weak modem. If so, I’ll send it back.
Not too sure how Reddit users could’ve actually tested one to anny extent already, so I’m taking that with a grain of salt.
