US release date could be July 12th!

I ordered on July 7, have heard nothing. I called a local GameStop to see if I could get one and an employee backed out of her preorder so I got it! I guess I will just sell my ordered one on Craigslist when I get it.

Or it's probably easier to just return the one from Google to Gamestop using your Gamestop receipt. But you won't get your shipping back this way.
 
Well after a 30 minute wait, here is what I was just told. Of course the normal "Sorry but I can't cancel your order now bc I see that is marked for shipment and should be updated shortly." Said that any orders from the 27th till the 4th would be shipping out first. My order was placed on the 27th for the case and Nexus 7.
 
I was charged, ordered the 16gb 6/27 @ 10:57am PST.

Has anyone recieved a tracking number or email??? (from Google of course)
 
Well, just out of curiosity, I called the two GameStops we have here in town to see if they had any. Just the pre-orders. I probably wouldn't have jumped on one (okay, maybe), but was just checking. Did sound like they are all being handed out here though.

I called sams club and they have 3 in stock and if they are still there tomorrow I will grab one, but I have to be sure I get refunded for the play store order. I won't be home to see the UPS guy, so do I just bring the package to a UPS store and tell them to send it back? And will Google automatically refund the money without me having to call them first?

provider is moving forward with delivery preparation.

Our expedited order fulfillment process ensures that packages are
delivered quickly, which also means that there is a very short window of
time to cancel an order prior to our shipping provider moving forward with
delivery.

I recommend leaving a prominent note on the door to let our shipping
provider know that you're refusing delivery of the package. In some cases
our shipping provider has returned packages if their drivers see a note
for refusal of delivery. The note should include the following:

- Refuse delivery-Return to Sender
- Include signature
- Include tracking #

If your package is returned due to refusal of delivery, your order will be
cancelled and refunded within 2 weeks.

If the package is successfully delivered in spite of the delivery refusal
note on your door, you can still refuse delivery of unopened packages
within 5 days of delivery. To do so, contact our shipper directly to
schedule a pick up of your package. Make sure to let them know that the
pickup is specifically because you're refusing delivery.

IMPORTANT: Don't open the package. Our shipper will not allow refusal of
delivery for opened packages.

About 6 hours after my card was charged. Still no emails or any change in my UPS.

All I want is it to say "Shipping Info received" or something in my ups account. I just want to KNOW something.. Anything.
 
I was not able to cancel my order. My card was just charged. If I refuse the shipment will i be charged the initial shipping?

Dude! You do know something. You know the N7 is on its way to you in the next few days. Just admit it.....you don't want to "know something", you won't be happy until the N7 is in your hands, and can't stand life until that happens! :p

Thank god baseball is back tonight... now the Yankees can keep my mind off of the N7 till it arrives :)
