First off, I'm running OSX 10.6.6. My phone is running Phoenix 4.1 with Firebird2-v0.5 kernel...voodoo is currently disabled. Whenever I connect my phone to my computer a window appears that reads, "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer." Any suggestions on remedies/troubleshooting? USB was working just fine yesterday. Debugging mode is currently on as well. Thanks in advance. Also, when I connect without debugging on I don't get any options for mass storage, media player, etc. The phone just starts charging.

EDIT: just reflashed and all is well

I can not tell you anything about how it works on a MAC, however, on windows with debugging on does the drop down show the usb icon? If so drag down click 'USB Connected' and mount the sd card.

Oh are you using a launcher? If so, switch back to TWLauncher.

Yes with debugging on the USB icon still shows in the notification tray. It's when I try to mount the SD is when the window appears
