Ever since I updated to Gingerbread, I have been unable to turn on USB debugging. The box is checked in settings, but whenever I plug in my phone, nothing happens. There's no notification or anything. Because of this (well, I think it's because of this) I haven't been able to root. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
EDIT: I finally got root! I still have no idea why USB won't turn on though...
