Hey, thanks for the hard work. I think the crux of my problem is I can't get adb to find my phone. I've tried the three methods listed here: the SuperCID Script, the Xfactor, and the Motochopper with varying results.
Here are the screengrabs of what I'm seeing:

I'm on the AT&T dual core version of the One X. I've checked my drivers and can mount the phone properly in Windows. I just can't seem to come to anything conclusive on this. It seems like adb can't see my phone in certain cases, or perhaps never at all. The USB debugging is enabled.
