Has your V20 camera glass shattered?

Mine Cracked and I have no idea how. No drops, in an Otterbox. My biggest beef is that LG wants way to much to fix and says it does not have parts for sale. Of I send in it will take at least 2 weeks, can't do that.... I really just want to parts. I know they will never admit its brittle and can break. My first phone that was bought at full price and I got burned.

Nope. Which is surprising since I've dropped it many times without a case on both the back and face down.

Have you removed the battery?
Update: and all of a sudden the power button started working out of the blue. I mean it fully clicks in and everything. I didn't do anything else to it. Happy.

No broken glass for me, yet. Have dropped it once, with a solid case on it. But I think it fell on the front, not the back. I've got a glass protector on it too.

Man, that sucks. It's unbelievable that nobody has come out with replacement glass yet. It would be such an easy fix if they did. Sorry to hear that your glass cracked.

I voted, I got my V20 through preorder. Yes I got the B & O buds for preorder. I've never had my camera lens break on mine. But i'm also a stickler for cases, so I left the plastic film on my camera lens. I do commercial roofing which is why I use a case religiously.

I've been gone from here awhile and people still talking about this non issue. Lol. Mine hit the floor again last night, right off the bed to my hardwood floors, and broke all apart. Glass was okay and no scratches. All is good.

I think in all i've dropped mine atleast 20 times, and still has not shattered and the phone looks new.

I thought it was just a overstated internet BS until mine did it. So no, its not a Note battery issue but with the amount of them coming up broken indicates there is a problem. I have seen plenty of phones dropped, ran over and throne against walls. Never have I seen a camera lens break unless it dropped right on it. Could be design flaw, material flaw or something in the manufacture. Could be that its too large of an area under pressure. The least they could do it offer up the parts and not have customers combing the internet for a replacement. People are paying a lot for those phones and deserve better service. It was my first LG and last LG. I swapped it for a OnePlus 3T and have not regretted it.

I have heard of a few actually broken and most are unsure of how it happened.
