Verizon Black Friday/Cyber Monday Pixel Deals

Well I looked through my GOOGLE photos last night and the screen shots are missing! I was saving those for this moment in time and would never have deleted them. It's a conspiracy I tell ya! I haven't called Verizon yet but pretty sure I'm screwed.

Thanks for the help slowmyke. I didn't have to use it however, and didn't even have to argue my case like I expected. I explained that this was now my fourth bill cycle and I had yet to see a credit. The rep immediately credited my account 28.00 for 4 months and said I can expect a $7 credit every month from here out. I thought it was supposed to be more like $11 for the XL but I'll take what I can get.

I started following this thread but don't have a pixel.

We added a line on Black Friday and got a Moto Z Play. The weekend deal was add a line get the phone free. I have been fighting for the credits since then. Still don't have them.

They started 2 lines that day and put the credit on the fake line. When I caught it I canceled the line then get told because I canceled it I lost the discount.

That is crazy. I fought with them for 2 months and finally gave up. They did give me credit for the Pixel 128 gb I got on my account but not for the Pixel XL. They did give me the other deal they had for black Friday that was $100 off any phone of $400 or more.
Make sure they follow through.

I finally found those screen shots and called Verizon back today to make sure I was going to get the full $12.08 per month credit for the 32gb XL. Sounds like they will live up to their end of the deal. Hopefully this will help someone in the same situation. I couldn't let it go!
