I want to give Verizon CSR Mary a hooray I can't remember when it was I received such great service from any company much less Verizon. After seeing that my charge did not go through due to me cancelling the card due to number being stolen after using in Verizon store she spent 30 minutes with me making sure the last order was cancelled and a new order was put on rush. Went through every step making sure it would ship today which it has that's great service to cancel one and have the new order shipped in less then 12 hours.
