No, see the dark blue lines leading up to those strips? Those are the traces. If you scrape the top layer off you will see the shiny metal under it. You can TRY to solder to that.

Test/debug port is to install the OS on it I guess. Not really sure why they put them on there.

Hey man, I wanted to thank you for all your help.. I just ended up buying a broken one off ebay and swapping the mobos but I did solder to that area and it worked albeit not perfectly so I just figured ill keep the one for backup and what have you .. so thanks again and like I said I'm going to try and refrain from ripping tiny cables off equipment I'm not rightfully qualified to ..disassemble lol
