I'm sure those of you who preordered will start seeing movement on your accounts tomorrow.

It doesn't matter much now, the following is why Verizon is screwing their customers.

Only 102,000 AKG noise cancellation headphones, 46,000 Game Bundles, and 36,000 Bundles will be available. If Gifts are unavailable for any reason, Samsung, in its sole discretion, may choose to issue a Reward eCertificate in the apprx value of the Gift as a substitute. Reward eCertificates are valid only at www.Samsung.com or in the app for use towards an eligible purchase,and are valid through 11/16/18"

Last year, I pre-ordered my Note 8 from Verizon and got it over a week early. This year and as of 8/20, still PENDING, so guessing release day this year.

I'd be happy with a reward certificate. I'd put it towards the new Samsung watch.

I would be ok with that also, but it says at Samsung's sole discretion, they MAY issue one.

Actually I would prefer the $299 reward certificate.

Yeah people are just in panic mode. They have come to expect early shipments as if it is the norm but in reality the release date is .. well .. the release date. The early shipping in the past was just luck .

I get what you're saying, but then all should be that way. That's the problem, this time Samsung started sending them early, then others are expecting theirs to start shipping too.

I'm ok with Friday, I just want my card charged and order confirmed. If my card is like usual, the fraud check will reject the charge, then I'll have to take care of that which will add a day. I just want to know it's done deal.

The new line has to stay active for 2 years to keep the BOGO deal for free. I'm sure you can cancel any of the other ones. If you cancel anything with a device agreement on it you'll still have to pay for that device. I would call to be sure though.
