Did you go in thru the app. That's the only place I've seen a cancel order button on the bottom of page.

My order don't even show up in app. Only on web version. On app it tells me processing, sign my account and just shows a past order from months ago. If I go to agreement it show my device agreement and that it. If I got to website it shows order etc etc.

The fraud protection is worth it. Then people won't steal $475 out of your account like they did to me earlier tonight.

Yeah, I almost did. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for my bank to investigate those charges and even if they do reimburse the fraudulent expenses, I could still get charged $50 from the bank for them to do that. I'm really peeved right now.

No. I actually have two accounts with Verizon. My main number is not in this account so I just access it through the web. Otherwise I can't see the order activity.
