Verizon HTC One FINALLY coming Aug 22

No problem. I have a feeling if you wait a week or 2, Amazon will either match that price or have it lower. The difference being that you might be able to get it tax free on Wirefly (or vice-versa with Amazon).



I don't have any experience with them, but I think they'll probably ship on the 22nd.

Yes I don't feel like waiting any longer than the 22nd at this point. Saving $50 would be nice, but oh well. I hope it becomes available on Amazon as that would be great with prime shipping.

Love everything about this phone except the low res camera....would probably keep me from buying it unfortunately.

Id do a little research before you give up on this phone because of the camera... Iv seen some stellar pictures and some people love the camera.... its a learning curve but when lerned it rocks-

I had my doubts about this camera when I first got the ONE but after using it and getting used to it, the performance is on part with almost any smartphone camera I have used.

Ordering online from the verizon site will usually have a 50$ discount as well, from what I've seen in the past. I'm in a tug of war too, get it on day 1 just to have it because I've been waiting so long or wait a couple days to a week for unconfirmed price drops.

This is finally good news for us who have been waiting!!!! I just hope they announce the 64gb version and other colors soon. I'm goona wait a little while to get the 64gb version!!!!!

what's unfortunate with a thursday release date is we probably won't get it until monday.

Not that long ago when I saw I was eligible for an upgrade (7/8/13) I was browsing through phones and playing with the upgrade process and could have sworn I saw the little red fine print that said "50$ rebate when ordering online" and now I've checked and it is, in fact, gone...has anyone had any problems with Verizon when ordering from a third party site like Wirefly or Amazon?

Glad it's coming for those who held out but I'm gonna make my wife wait a lil longer to get my DNA n probably end up betraying HTC.. Unless that max version//butterfly 2 comes out soon ;-)

I just called Verizon CS and they have no clue when the phone will be available for pre-order/order and dont know anything about the 22nd either.
Shocking, I know.

What amazes me is how could these people not know anything about a major phone release that is supposed to occur in less than a week?

They, Verizon don't care, people like us are a small minority. The averaged user knows nothing about MotoX, HTC One, or LG G2

On Tapatalk 4 you just tap a post and a little "quote window" icon appears at the top of the screen on the menu bar. Just tap that icon.
