Haven't seen anything. Interesting that launch day is just a couple of days away now and so far Wirefly and Verizon are all we've heard from. Eagerly awaiting Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart, etc. (pricing & availability).

Stopped at a store today to see if they had a demo unit, they dont btw, but the rep said it will be $199 on contract and $600 off contract. Best Buy had no idea that Verizon was even getting the phone, so I don't really believe that they will have it on Thursday.

This will definably be available on thursday the 22nd but the thing that ticks me off is it will only be offered in silver!! Check out there official tweet page.

It will be running 4.2.2 32G out of the box though. I cant believe they arent offering it in black! Total total deal breaker for me! Iam so pissed!!!!

Waited since March myself (ex wife and kids all on vzw or I'd be elsewhere), never again I hope. First time I saw the phone I knew it was a must have for me.... Silver is OK with me, and I signed up in the first hours when the page went up and haven't gotten anything from vzw. I heard from HTC and Wirefly but spent the money I saved on this nexus 7 so need to bill my account at this point or I'd consider wirefly.
A guy in my building has one so when I got weak I'd visit with his- lol- to get repumped about waiting.

I was hoping to get it in black too, but silver was my first choice and I'm fine with it.

I'm nervous about getting now because it'll be locked down tight. I'm sure (would be nice if we knew) in a month from now HTC will offer a developer edition. Verizon sucks! Why can't Verizon get their crap together and have all the colors and sizes available on release day. I know oem's are to blame also but in the end we, the consumer, get the short end of the stick running out and buying on release day! TOTAL BS!

Prez Jason Mackenzie has tweeted that there are no plans to make a dev edition right now but if there is shown interest for it in the future they will take it into consideration.

Best pre-order offer so far. Probably won't dip below $99 for at least a few weeks.

Does anyone know if this is any different from ordering directly from Verizon or a third-party seller like Amazon? This seems too hard to pass up, yet something is holding me back from ordering through them...

It looks like everything checks out. I was reading their FAQ section and they are labeled as a Verizon premium retailer. Plus it's backed by JLo, and I remember the conference Verizon had where they and JLo made a deal so I think the site is as legit as wirefly and amazon and others are.

I think the only thing to hold back is the bold lettering pretty much talking about back order issues. But even so, it states in the FAQ that whatever form of payment used will not be charged until the device shipped so if that's the case you're not losing money if the device never gets to ya and it doesn't seem like a hellish process. I'm thinking of going this route

Wow. I can't believe something actually good came out of the JLo press conference. $599 off contract too (beats Wirefly)! :-D Still waiting to see off contract pricing for Verizon stores. I'd hate to do this and end up waiting if I can just pick one up in store on Thursday (if the price is the same).

I don't doubt that Viva Movil is legit. It was mainly the back order warning that worried me. But you're right, as long as you can cancel before it ships, I can always go somewhere else if the wait is too long and it's offered for a similar price somewhere else.
