Android Central Question

I am currently in arbitration with Verizon. I got Verizon wireless service on December 2nd I had all the insurance multi-line,home protect, and $17.50 on each of my three phone lines. My insurance was canceled by an unknown person on December the 8th on December the 10th Verizon re-added my insurance and had me call Asurion, they did this Assurion told me that if I called back they would charge me personally with insurance fraud. Now Verizon wants to make a deal before we reach arbitration I I'm not sure what a fair amount would be to ask for

I'm sorry I really don't understand what you're trying to convey to us... Arbitration for what? Did you have to file a claim for a lost or stolen phone? Please sign up on the forum answer back when possible

Yep you're not going to get any useful help without giving us more information. But normally you'd want to ask for whatever you're financially out minimum, and maybe a little something extra as a goodwill gesture, since you had 3 lines fully insured, and sound like a more profitable customer to them. It also depends on the length of time you've been a customer, how many phones you've purchased from them etc. But it sounds like they want to keep you.

But without more info I could be way off with the situation :-\

The post makes no sense really. My advice after all is said and done just get rid of insurance. I haven’t carried phone insurance in years. It’s a waste!! Do the math. With todays deductible levels and monthly payment levels per line you are probably purchasing one smart phone a year anyway. Just not something worth insuring.
