Hey guys, got a Verizon Moto G here. Really great device!

Having one issue, the WiFi disconnects all the time transferring my music stream over to mobile data. Don't' want to use up my 2 gigs with Pandora.. nor do I want it to keep cutting out.

Is there a fix for this, or a setting I may have missed?

WiFi is set to never sleep..

When you're on Wi-Fi how strong is your signal bar? Have you also unticked "Avoid poor connections"?

Also, regardless of how strong my signal I always turn mobile data off when on Wi-Fi beforehand just to cover myself in case it does switch off without my noticing.

It's full signal, very strong. I have also unchecked avoid poor signals.

Well I asked the obvious.

Is this just on your home connection or everywhere?

Its just about everywhere. Home and work.

best solution:-
1. switch off your phone,
2. go to the boot menu,[press vol down(-) key and power simultaneously for few sec].
3.move down to recovery mode, then press vol up key to select.
4.your phone reboots with moto logo,
now if red triangle with android logo appears saying NO Command,

then hold vol up(+) key for 15 sec then push and release power button,

5.some more options appear, select clear partition cache, [note: it won't harm your data, your data remains as it is]

you are done, works for me

Some Verizon moto g's have a WiFi bug that makes it disconnect a lot, even if you have a good connection!! Its supposed to be fixed when KitKat 4.4.3 comes out!!!!

I have a Verizon Moto G with 4.4.2 and am not seeing this issue.

I've had it actually disconnect from 3G data very occasionally, but it doesn't happen enough to annoy me.
