Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo Help with battery/sync

OK,

I hate looking like a moron, but I can't figure out where to change the sync intervals for gmail and Facebook.

Any help is appreciated.

I just did FB, it's within the app under App Settings from the long list of settings and groups screen.

Pretty sure the gmail option is under settings or options also from within app.
