[Verizon] "OFFICIAL" 4.3 Speculation

Since Samsung has announced that the S3 will be receiving Android 4.3 "in October", I thought it would be a good idea to try and keep discussion confined to a single thread (similar to the "Official Jelly Bean Speculation Thread" from this time last year.)

As the article mentions, we don?t know if the October date is when the update will be sent to carriers, or if it?s already there and being tested.

Assuming it has not been sent to Verizon, how soon do you think we'll see it? I have my doubts we'll see anything pushed to us before December.
