How did you do that? I was told to go on and process for the trade in after I activated the new device in order to get the $500 trade in

You might want to call and check on that. Our return box should be here tomorrow, according to the USPS tracking number. We got an email confirmation of the trade in too. Sounds like yours may not have been setup correctly.

Mine will be here tomorrow as well. I've been with Verizon since 2005 and anytime I've upgraded I've always been supplied with a box through ups /fedex and they haven't accepted trade ins in store.

My Note 20 Ultra 5G, with 512MB and the Otterbox case, are now arriving Thursday by 8PM from Verizon.

I'm trying to get through now. The chat people are just awful. Kept me waiting 30 minutes and did nothing. I'm on hold now for customer service. Apparently when I placed the order for the phone (over chat ugh) a trade in request was NOT processed.

Could be that AT&T offered overnight shipping. To my knowledge, Verizon is 2 day. /shrug. Meh its 1 more day, no biggie to me, I do this every year XD

*Edit* I just looked over there, 1, they had dates of thursday and were recently rescheduled for wednesday, 2, they have UPS, we have fedex. UPS >>>>FedEx IMO

Someone on the AT&T thread already had theirs. Trying to get info on whether or not it has a screen protector. I will be so disappointed if it doesn't. Means I will have to go to Verizon to get one cuz it's not coming out of the box without one. My S10+ has many surface scratches.

I tried to call but what they're doing now is they send a text and the minute you click on the text it disconnects the phone call and starts chat. Really bad. Thankfully finally got through today... very long hold time but processed trade in properly and should be getting box in like 5 days i think? Does anyone know... how long does the trade in box with return label take to get to you?

The AT&T version only has the shipping plastic with a big hole where the FPS is. This is very disappointing news. :'(
Maybe the Verizon version will be different.

Depends... My Note 20 Ultra trade-in box came in same week I ordered mine. 3 years ago when I did a similar trade-in took about a month, not sure why???

A month wow! Hopefully it won't take that long. The rep didn't seem to know but if it's coming usps could be a while

Im having the same issue. I received a tracking # from a csr on sunday and they said the device would ship tuesday but when i check fed ex theres no info on that tracking #. Spent an hour and a half being transferred from different departments just to have the call drop smh. If i had known that customer service was this ****ty with Verizon i would have stayed with t mobile. According to the 2nd person I spoke to, she was able to see that the phone shipped today but she couldn't tell me much more. She transferred me to billing and thats when the call dropped. Wooooooosah lol
