Im having the same issue. I received a tracking # from a csr on sunday and they said the device would ship tuesday but when i check fed ex theres no info on that tracking #. Spent an hour and a half being transferred from different departments just to have the call drop smh. If i had known that customer service was this ****ty with Verizon i would have stayed with t mobile. According to the 2nd person I spoke to, she was able to see that the phone shipped today but she couldn't tell me much more. She transferred me to billing and thats when the call dropped. Wooooooosah lol
this is absolutely ridiculous
