Verizon Pre-Order Thread.

Im having the same issue. I received a tracking # from a csr on sunday and they said the device would ship tuesday but when i check fed ex theres no info on that tracking #. Spent an hour and a half being transferred from different departments just to have the call drop smh. If i had known that customer service was this ****ty with Verizon i would have stayed with t mobile. According to the 2nd person I spoke to, she was able to see that the phone shipped today but she couldn't tell me much more. She transferred me to billing and thats when the call dropped. Wooooooosah lol

this is absolutely ridiculous
 
I'm trying to get through now. The chat people are just awful. Kept me waiting 30 minutes and did nothing. I'm on hold now for customer service. Apparently when I placed the order for the phone (over chat ugh) a trade in request was NOT processed.
I had the exact issue. Their customer support totally suck here lately. There was a separate number to call and I had to Wade through the menus to get to talk to a human. He was super helpful and immediately took care of the issue and even corrected another issue I had from the chat people. I don't remember the phone number but it was a separate number that handles upgrades.
 
Honestly, Verizon is just too expensive, even with a discount from work. Funny thing is, co-workers with Verizon can use their phones in the break room, but co-workers that have T-mobile have some issues. If it were not for the good service with Verizon, I would have left a long time ago. Once my husband pays off his phone next spring, it should be cheaper.
 
At all. I have T-mobile and Verizon but find myself using my T-Mobile more as Verizon's data is either too slow or won't connect.
Lately T-Mobile is kicking Verizon's butt in a lot of rural areas. I've had Verizon for 15+ years and it's not all that great anymore.

so just got off the chat with a rep, and he promised me that my phone has shipped and he see's it on his side i should get tracking tonight, and it should be delivered tomorrow, lets see how true it is, bu the promised
 
You might want to call and check on that. Our return box should be here tomorrow, according to the USPS tracking number. We got an email confirmation of the trade in too. Sounds like yours may not have been setup correctly.

Yeah it's been bad lately. I was told it's due to covid. When I finally got a person instead of chat support it was way better

Did you sign into your Verizon account from a PC connected to the net? That's how I found my info, could not find it in the app.
 
Someone on the AT&T thread already had theirs. Trying to get info on whether or not it has a screen protector. I will be so disappointed if it doesn't. Means I will have to go to Verizon to get one cuz it's not coming out of the box without one. My S10+ has many surface scratches.

Yeah they're saying no screen protector. That's a bummer.
