I bought one of those network extenders from Verizon and went from 1 bar to 4 bars on all 3 floors of my home.
Just dropped 3 calls within the space of 10 minutes (business no less). I'm trying the reboot suggestion right now as I type this. Love the phone otherwise, but I have the worst reception in my house and it just so happens that I work from home. I may try that SIM card replacement to see if that helps. If I go to a Verizon store will there be able to change the SIM out there or is there a number that I need to call?
