Verizon Galaxy S8 Verizon s8 has not seen update since june

My phone is still running baseband R16NW.G950USQU4CRE9, I have not gotten R16NW.G950USQU5CRH1 nore the latest R16NW.G950USQS5CRI4. I know they pulled Julys and I think since then I took the phone from verizon to total wireless (verizons network). I did try samsungs smart switch software but it also said my phone was up to date.

Any idea how I might get these software updates rolling again?

Did you try clearing cache for "software update"? settings>apps>software update>storage>clear cache then rebooting?
Other than that I can only suggest factory reset.
