My phone arrived at fedex office destination but schedule delivered tomorrow . I am on my way to there , hope can pick up 1 day early

Don't waste your time... they will not release it.

I tried and had the same issue someone else reported. After registering, it gave me a button to purchase the bundle, but it didn't work. They're supposed to send an e-mail with a purchase link as well, but I haven't received that yet.

Thanks for the info. I'm wondering if it won't be enabled until Apt 21. At least for those of us who didn't pre-order directly from Samsung.

The package is here , called Fedex and they said I can pick up today . But one thing , the lady work on front desk said only her working today in front , so she can't leave to the warehouse in back and search to give it to me . I need to wait until tomorrow ....

I'm surprised they are saying that... others have asked and they were told no. Nothing about not having people to do it, just no.

I've picked up many of packages at the FedEx counter in the past. That only one person working is BS.
I would go over there and cry for a manager if they pulled that crap.

I had to re-order yesterday, got charged lastnight, and just got the email/text of tracking info. Sadly I can't see what the delivery day will be

FYI - Samsung's site is not updated properly to order the free VR gift. But it does work to download the Samsung Shop app and sign up for the promo there. Also very easy to snap a pic of your receipt from the app (keep your receipt!).

I'm pissed my original order on the 4th apparently didn't autocomplete in their system so they had to re-enter my order on the 17th. Luckily it seems like I might get it on Friday still but they were originally saying it wouldn't ship until Friday.

I got a tracking number, but no info at all on ups's side. No label created nothing. Hopefully it updates later in the day
