Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 - Animation mode bug

I got the 4..3 update last night on my Galaxy S4 (Verizon). One problem.... In developer options I like to set my animation modes to 0. But after I use the camera, the transition animation mode goes back to the default of 1. Is there a known fix? Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. I also saw somebody on a Verizon forum was having the same problem. So far, no fix

Me too! I can't find anything on a fix or much less a conversation about it.

Same problem here since 4.3 update. I even did a factory reset and wipe and made no difference

I'm glad I didn't waste my time with that then. I was going to try it but could find the time.
