Verizon variant will have no home button logo

I never understood what the big deal was with the logo on the home button.

Yeah, its a little tacky, but nothing i couldn't get over and definitely not a deal breaker in any sense.

Sometimes people are too sensitive over little things.

But overall i'm also glad to see it gone as well. If i have the choice i'd rather it not be there.

Call me crazy, but I actually like the logo on the home button. Looks so bland without it.

What really bothers me now is the faux leather back and the flat end S-Pen that sticks out the end of the phone a bit! Not only fugly but looks cheesy.

Can never make everyone happy. Change the "crappy plastic" that people complain about, now get the "crappy faux-leather" crowd, lol. It is a welcome improvement in most people's eyes and for those of us that love their devices naked, it is the perfect surface that isn't slick. Looks amazing.

Some people hate carrier branding.. Like really bad. Not sure why.

Probably because the hated towards the company. I root my phone and love the fact anything Sprint is wiped out. I customize the splash screen to whatever I want and if I wanted to I can carry my phone over to Boost or Cricket (I won't be) without any Sprint identification.

It isn't a deal breaker, I have it on my note 2. But I would just prefer it without the branding on the home button. It could be somewhere else on the device, if so desired. Although admittedly, I prefer to have zero branding on the front, but, probably won't happen with Samsung.

If you like it so much, you can always add it in. ;)
