Good God man! Do you have to inflate his ego? As it is he has trouble getting into his mustang. If his head gets any bigger he will have to drive with the sunroof open.

Yes you can flash any carrier as it's universal but you want it sim unlocked otherwise your just basically like a factory reset stays same Carrier, and yes if you choose unlocked version you can also do that
Yes exactlySo if you get Verizon and say wait the 60 days and it becomes sim unlocked, you then flash the factory unlocked firmware and you essentially hav the factory unlocked verison.
What is more important to you? Storage or color?
I believe Verizon is strictly millimeter wave 5G. It would not work on the tmobile 5G.Idk if this was mentioned. Probably has but does the Verizon model support all 5g bands of other carriers once it’s unlocked?

The s20+ and S20 ultra does.
Even At&Ts low band and sprints midland?
Thanks! I haven’t flashed a phone in a while. Is it hard to do nowadays to get it unlocked?
US version all bootloader locked on carrier/unlocked variantUnlocked versions, is the bootloader locked or unlocked on the unlocked versions.
From what I hear on unlocked version with Verizon you retain wifi calling, you should definitely get data and calls same time , my Att sim in unlocked version didn't show HD but didn't experience any call issues or less clearer voice .When I get my unlocked phone, to my understanding I just have to put the sim card from my phone in and that's it. I'm also coming from a 4G note 10+ to the 5G ultra if that makes a difference.
Another question.. When I get unlocked ultra, do you still have to pay that $40 upgrade/activation fee?
Just worried about certain features losing...HD calling, getting mixed answers, does unlocked have that with Verizon. Can you do the data while on call deal. WiFi calling, yes or no. Video calling from the dial screen, don't care about that. Sometimes the bloat Ware is useful depending on the person. Thanks guys, I know I'm being a pain. But having data while on call is important to me, not having that is a deal breaker for me
I'm not so sure HD calling is that big of a deal for me. Data same time while on phone is a must. So sounds like that's good. From what I hear on unlocked version with Verizon you retain wifi calling, you should definitely get data and calls same time , my Att sim in unlocked version didn't show HD but didn't experience any call issues or less clearer voice .

Awesome. First time trying unlocked. That would have been a deal breaker for me.Yes you retain simultaneous data and voice without issue. Idk about HD voice as I had to deactivate that feature to get messaging to work correctly on my OP 6T.
