Hi all, I've recently acquired a Samsung s5 mini, after my good experience with my previous S advance. It's a very nice smartphone, but I am experiencing a quite annoying issue with the audio of my recorded videos.
I'm not really sure what the issue is and how repeatable, but I often find than when I play recorded videos previously recorded with the camera, the volume is extremely low. In particular this happens when I record a video of my daughter standing just a few meters behind the phone (and she speaks quite loud!).
Browsing the Internet I've found that the s5 should have some kind of directional voice recording enhancement taking advantage of two microphones, is it true? Could it make sense that it is a software issue related to that balancing of microphones that I am encountering? Or is it more likely an hardware issue associated with a bad quality microphone?
Does anyone else experienced a similar problem?
