Video pausing on s5 Neo.

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5Neo. Whenever I watch a video pausing occurs after a few minutes.
This happens on all different types of video especially YouTube. My Internet connection is strong (50mbs) and other phones in the house don't have this issue.
Can anyone help please

Welcome to the forums. The phone is buffering the video, most likely running out of memory. Others not doing it may have more ram or be faster devices. As long as it continues working, probably not much you can do.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen equally on wi-fi and mobile data? If it only happens on wi-fi, what if you try another wi-fi network (like at your local library or coffee shop)?

Thanks guys,
the pausing happens over 4g as well as wifi. I'll have a look at the memory and see if I can free some up.
I also tried disabling Google voice, however that had no effect.
