Vivid or RGB ?

Just want to know which mode you guys use?

I prefer RGB over Vivid mode. I think RGB on the 10 look very good and color look very beautiful.

Vivid, with one bump toward the warm side to make it less fatiguing on the eyes. Absolutely gorgeous and this is one of the few phones that hasn't been painful to read in bed at night.

To the uninitiated/uninformed, what's the difference? Will it affect any other settings if I switch? (don't wanna fiddle and have to re-set everything again)

Not at all! Just play with it. In my opinion, the "colder" you get, the more true white it becomes.

It only affects the color tone/ temperature of the screen. Cold looks more crisp with blues being emphasized. Warm is a softer look that's easier on the eyes. It's much the same as the difference in light bulbs and how they have cooler bulbs for kitchen and bath, warmer for living areas.
