Voice recognition getting worse? Especially with punctuation...

I've noticed, in the past week, or so that speech recognition seems to have gotten worse, especially when it comes to punctuation. I'm using a Galaxy S6, running Marshmallow, and the phone seems to totally ignore "exclamation mark" and "question mark", for example, where both of these used to work pretty reliably.
