volume lowering on its own

[AC Question]

I have a S5 active. I listen to music while I'm working. Suddenly in the last week the volume will turn itself down out of the blue. Phones locked, no buttons pressed. no phone call. It just turns completely down for no reason.

Any suggestions?

Is this just a recent thing? have you received any updates or anything like that which could cause the issue?
