Actually, I'm sure you could. But you'd have to work for it. You'd place a call to CS, explain the issue to three or four people, one of them would finally agree to put you through to the billing department. After negotiating the time without data with the billing department they'd credit your account for the period of time that you didn't have data. Total phone call time roughly 1.5 hours. Total dollars recouped (based on a data outage of 48 hours) $2.00 (2 days of $30/mo data plan). The main question is, do you want a part time job that pays $1.33/hr?We should get refunds.whenever data is down.
