Way to convert Verizon S9 to Samsung Factory Unlocked??

I am looking to see if it is possible to remove all Verizon settings from a Galaxy S9 Plus that was a Verizon phone and basically convert the software to a factory Samsung Unlocked? The phone is already unlocked.

Some Verizon apps are installed as system apps, so you'd have to root to uninstall them. And the bootloader is locked whatever you do. (Even the bootloader on the Verizon model of the Pixel 2 is locked, even though that's one of the very few changes Verizon made.) But a Verizon phone shouldn't be SIM-locked.
