Certain textures that are unmistakably unique and I find this one irresistible. I love cooking with pineapple and there's no mistaking the feel of a fresh pineapple just waiting to be sliced up. I think it's a perfect match of geometry - with the long, slender, sharp leaves and the scales on the outside of the fruit - and the unique texture. The colors are fantastic also. I took this with the stock Rezound camera app but added an enhanced color filter and thin border with Pixlr-O-Matic.
