Weird..Can no longer update/install Google Play apps on AT&T LTE. Must be on WiFi

What in the world would have changed that is not allowing me to update or install an app from Google Play?? I have made ZERO changes and yesterday I was able to update on Google Play via AT&T. Today.....not a chance. I must be on WiFi to update or install....

Any help appreciated. I have done the obvious like clear Play Store cache, restart.....

I was seeing the same thing this morning. I did a soft reset and it seemed to work itself out. New Google Play version (6.0 i believe) was running after reset.

I'm on Google Play version 5.10.30 and it says it is up to date..... I'm lost
