What cases have you found?

6) The need for the adhesive strips. I ended up having to use them on the Spigen since the left side of the case kept shifting off to the left every time I opened it. Pro tip, cut the adhesive strip portion that would otherwise cover the antenna cover off so there's no strip there; upper right side. Too many reports of the cover being ripped off when removing the case. HOWEVER, I have NOT needed to use the adhesive strips that came with this case. Again, for whatever reason, there's no shifting or anything when I open the phone, it all just fits, and stays on.

Where is the antenna cover and how do you avoid it getting ripped off? I wasn't aware that this was a problem with any case (I'm currently using a Spigen Thin Fit).

Thanks.

Just above the volume rocker.

If you Google Fold 3 antenna cover, you'll find several posts & YouTube videos of this.

So I cut the strip off along that section of any cases.

Just one of many examples.

For you guys who are getting the Terra Guard S case, and happen to use a pouch case for your big phones instead of a pocket, this pouch case will fit perfectly. I use this at work on my belt.

Thank you, I tend to use my pocket, but have been considering a carrying case.

It says vertical, but pictures seem to suggest that it can also be worn horizontally.

Can you confirm this, please?

There are options to have a vertical or horizontal as well as the non-removeable or removable clip.

I like the non-removeable clip as it sits closer to the body.

So the case came yesterday (a day earlier than the shipping label stated), so I was grateful, however, it still took almost a WEEK from the time the label was printed until it actually shipped.

I have to say that it was a lot more bulk at the hinge that I was counting on, but, with the SPen in there and a day to get used to it, it's really not bad.

The way they connected the hinge cover to the case is a little... well... I think they could have done better.

I'll get some pics.

Now, one thing I did really like about this is that they sent PLENTY of adhesive strips and NONE were installed. They had a guide with suggestions on placement and I put them where I thought they would work the best and things are good. Pretty secure and plenty of extra's if needed.

The hinge cover. I was not sure how I was going to feel about this. I don't use my phone laying down much, so the bump is fine. Holding the phone when open is actually easier with the hinge cover placed the way it is, so I actually LIKE this much more than just a flat back. The phone still opens and closes nice and easy and I really can't complain much. :D

How much magnetic interference is there when using the s-pen? I have the regular Terra guard and the magnet on the hinge really messes up the s-pen input recognition when I use handwriting to text with the keyboard....and some other pots on the screen

So I just received the VRS Design Terraguard S case. Obviously going to be wider than the regular Terraguard but still looks okay. Some may be turned off by the bulk but it holds the S-Pen and the hinge protector makes it easier to hold. I am keeping it for sure.

Where did you buy it? Amazon on has the regular case.

There are no magnets on this case and I have had NO issues with the SPen whatsoever.

My issue with that vrs case is that spine protrudes out way too far. If I'm using the spen it's usually in meetings, and I want it lying flat on a table.

Yeah, when laying flat, it does get in the way, however, I normally just hold it and it's REALLY not bad.

I also have zero issues writing on the sceen with the S Pen.

Not sure about you, the it seems that the more time I spend with this case on, the easier I find the phone to hold onto when it is open and I am using the larger screen.

Yeah, I get it's annoying when it's open and laid "flat" on a surface, but I find the writing with the phone in my hand is easy.

The width bulk from the SPen in the hinge isn't even bothering me at all. It does add bulk, a lot more than other cases, but damnit, I really am liking this one! :D

How are you feeling about this case now that you have had it a few days?

I like the Terra Guard S case a lot. The hinge doesn't bother me at all. Certainly adds bulk but the obvious benefit is worth it, that being the S Pen is stored inside. I am not too concerned about it laying flat on a table while it is open. And actually, when it is open the tilt of the phone acts like a kickstand and video viewing is better with the tilt. I have also written on the screen with the S Pen when on a table with the screen tilted as such with no issues. This case isn't coming off anytime soon as it ticks all the boxes of what I need in a case.
